Social Media Manager

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team at Therme Art. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and strategy across various platforms, creating engaging content, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with other departments to achieve our business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and creative environment.
- • Develop and implement social media strategy for Therme Art and its sister initiatives, aligned with our overall marketing and communications plan.
• Manage our social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn) by creating and curating content that engages with our audience and drives engagement and growth.
• Work with the Communications team to collaborate with the Graphic Design team on the production of high-quality, visually stimulating, and engaging content for social media channels that align with Therme Art’s brand and tone of voice.
• Monitor social media metrics, analyze data, and produce reports on performance, and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices and advise the Communications team on how to implement them to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure social media activities are integrated into overall marketing and communications campaigns.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including setting objectives, developing ad content, targeting, and measuring performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the art or cultural industries.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful social media strategies that have driven engagement, growth, and conversions.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Experience with social media advertising and influencer marketing.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and develop junior team members.
